Cindy Yonover's Easy Banana Bread
Best with very ripe bananas... the ones no one wants to eat :)

Ingredients


125 gm butter
1 1/3 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Juice from one lemon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups regular flour
1/3 cup milk
4 smashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)



Method


Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) Lightly butter 2 loaf pans. Mix together all of the ingredients and pour mixture into 2 loaf pans. Bake for about 35 minutes. The banana bread freezes very nicely.
