4 medium -large ripe avocados, mashed
Juice of one lemon
Juice of one lime
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (add more to your taste)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (add more to your taste)
1 medium cucumber chopped in small bits
1 red pepper chopped in small bits
1 cup plain yogurt
optional :1 medium sized chopped tomato
Method
Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor or by hand until smooth. Chill before serving.
