Pecan Maple Pie This pie is so easy to make & delicious for the holidays!

Ingredients
4 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup pecan halves
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). With a rotary beater,beat together the eggs,sugar,salt, butter & syrup. Mix in the pecans and pour into the pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for 25 minutes longer or until filing is set and pastry is browned. Serve cold or slightly warm.
