Spinach Salad
very good when you have guests.....

Ingredients

spinach (possibly from the market)
1 lemon
parmesan (in thin slices or grated if you prefer)
curry powder
pine nuts (or walnuts)


Method

wash throughly the spinach and cut them with scissors in thin slices, add very thin slices of parmesan, curry powder and a squeezed lemon, pine nuts, olive oil and salt......mix well and enjoy this delicious salad! for quantities you may want to try your own, I put lots of lemon
it is best to eat it straight away otherwise the spinach will get too soft in the olive oil, you can put the spinach in the bowl and add all the rest at the last minute, just before serving
nice to serve it in small bowls and eat it with chopsticks
